What We Do
2019 was our first year as a stand-alone domestic women’s criterium team. After operating as a regional club team under the Levine Law Group banner, the team grew into a men’s and women’s elite program in 2018. In 2019, our partners decided to fully back a national level women’s team allowing us to expand our roster and calendar. In 2022, we merged with CCB Cycling to take the program to the next level.
Our Mission
In 2023 our goal is to continue to grow and to have riders focus on a national calendar, attending some of the most prestigious events in the country both on the road and dirt.
The endeavors and pursuits of our riders are what makes our team well rounded and cohesive. Our riders focus on goals off the bike, such as higher education or pursuing their chosen careers. (Which is why we love the criterium model!) With riders in school full time or pursing careers, and helping their community, we love to see our athletes giving back in their fields of interest while at home.
What is #pinkwatts all about?
Pink isn’t just a color; It’s an attitude.
Yes, we’re a women’s team. Yes, we wear pink. We’re loud. So what? We own it, we flaunt it, we bring it. We come to race our bikes to the best of our ability and work together as a team to put pink on the top step of the podium. We race hard, we work hard, and we put in everything we’ve got. We’re badass superhero underdogs who happen to wear pink costumes.
Pink isn’t just about being feminine, it’s about fun. It’s about laughter and friendship. Don’t want to take us seriously because we wear pink? Think again, we come to win, and we have fun doing it.
